ABOUT URBAN COUNSELING CLIQUE
Urban Counseling Clique is a 501 c3 nonprofit organization established to combat the continued need for counseling services for youth and their families. Our dedicated team utilizes cognitive behavior therapy and solution-focused therapy to address stress, depression, anxiety, anger, and trauma among youth. Many young individuals in our communities struggle with academic stress, anxiety, ADHD, and suicidal thoughts, often feeling isolated and unable to confide in their parents. At Urban Counseling Clique, we provide a safe space and effective solutions tailored for ages 13-18 to embark on a journey of healing and acquire essential coping skills. Our mission is to equip youth with the necessary tools to manage their emotions and overcome challenges.
